A summary of the Construction Specifications which we work to

Construction Details for Philip Rose Landscapes Ltd and notes for proposed landscape works.

All paving is laid on a base of compacted hardcore and a bed of gritsand and cement, it is then pointed.

All cobbles or setts are laid on a concrete base and haunched.

All timber; trellis, fencing, post and decking are tanalised. Various samples of decking are available.

All posts will be set in concrete.

All beds to be planted are prepared by hand or machine by incorporating organic matter into the top spit.

All plant material will be supplied by Johnson's of Whixley to ISO 9002 quality assurance accreditation.

All slate or gravel paths will be laid on a base of compacted hardcore followed by a layer of geotextile weed supressing matting.
